5. My Mental Game and personalisation
A core feature of 22Unlocked is its ability to build an evolving understanding of your mental game.
22Unlocked may combine information from different parts of the Service, including:
- ·Program activities;
- ·Quick Mental Reset;
- ·Log a Note;
- ·Game Day;
- ·conversations;
- ·1:1 coaching;
- ·tools and Focus Anchors.
The purpose is to help organise recurring patterns and make future interactions more relevant.
22Unlocked may distinguish between:
- ·information you have explicitly told us;
- ·observations generated by 22Unlocked;
- ·information confirmed by you;
- ·emerging patterns that have not yet been confirmed.
22Unlocked should not represent an AI-generated observation as a confirmed fact about you where the system has not established that it is supported.
6. Artificial intelligence
22Unlocked uses artificial intelligence to provide certain features.
AI may be used to:
- ·generate responses;
- ·summarise information;
- ·identify possible patterns;
- ·personalise program experiences;
- ·connect information across your 22Unlocked experience;
- ·suggest performance tools;
- ·assist with safety detection;
- ·assist human coaches in reviewing information.
AI-generated information may be inaccurate.
AI does not independently determine your sporting ability, future, selection prospects or mental-health diagnosis.
We may use third-party AI providers to process information on our behalf.
Where third-party AI providers are used, we take reasonable steps to ensure that their use of your information is governed by appropriate contractual and privacy protections.
7. Safety detection and safeguarding
22Unlocked may use automated systems to identify potential safety concerns.
These systems may look for indicators of:
- ·suicide risk;
- ·self-harm;
- ·physical abuse;
- ·sexual abuse;
- ·domestic or family violence;
- ·bullying;
- ·coercion;
- ·immediate danger;
- ·other safeguarding concerns.
The purpose is to help 22Unlocked determine when additional safety support may be appropriate.
A safety classification is not a diagnosis and may be incorrect.
Where appropriate, 22Unlocked may:
- ·ask a safety-related follow-up question;
- ·provide crisis or support resources;
- ·pause certain coaching features;
- ·flag information for human review;
- ·take other steps reasonably necessary to protect a user or comply with law.
22Unlocked cannot guarantee that every safety concern will be detected.
8. Human review
Certain information may be reviewed by Nik Badkundri or authorised 22Unlocked personnel where necessary to:
- ·provide coaching;
- ·respond to support requests;
- ·investigate technical or safety issues;
- ·review AI-generated insights;
- ·improve the Service;
- ·respond to serious safeguarding concerns.
We aim to limit human access to information to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
9. Young users
22Unlocked may be used by young cricketers.
We recognise that young people may require additional privacy and safety protections.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian before collecting or processing information.
We encourage young users not to provide unnecessary identifying information such as:
- ·home address;
- ·school address;
- ·passwords;
- ·financial information;
- ·precise location;
- ·information about another person that they do not have permission to share.
22Unlocked's privacy and safety settings are intended to minimise unnecessary exposure of personal information.
10. Parents and guardians
Where a parent or guardian pays for or facilitates a young person's 22Unlocked account, this does not automatically mean that the parent or guardian can access every piece of information the player provides.
The information available to a parent or guardian will depend on:
- ·the account structure;
- ·the player's age;
- ·applicable law;
- ·the product purchased;
- ·any consent or permissions provided;
- ·legitimate safety or legal requirements.
Where we are legally required or reasonably permitted to disclose information to a parent, guardian or other person for safety reasons, we may do so.
11. Coaching calls and recordings
If 22Unlocked or Nik records, transcribes or summarises a coaching or telephone call, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
Recorded calls may be processed to:
- ·create a transcript;
- ·produce a summary;
- ·identify relevant coaching information;
- ·record agreed actions;
- ·update the player's authorised performance information.
A raw transcript does not automatically become a permanent part of the player's My Mental Game profile.
Where appropriate, relevant information may be reviewed before being added to a player's persistent performance record.
12. When we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to:
- ·service providers that help operate 22Unlocked;

- ·performance information may be retained while needed to provide your personalised 22Unlocked experience;

- ·keep the Service functioning;
- ·understand how features are used;
- ·diagnose errors;

Where required by law, we will obtain appropriate consent for non-essential tracking technologies.
19. Marketing
If you agree to receive marketing communications, we may send information about 22Unlocked, new features, programs or relevant offers.
